Sandra Apgar – UMC pastor; licensed clinical social worker  (LCSW), Social Work Department faculty - Sinclair Community College, Dayton; cultural competency assessment and application

Pamela Greene – Springfield, Licensed Nurse Practitioner; active for many years in outreach ministries; served on various community boards

Warner Martin – past board chair of Daybreak (homeless youth crisis agency); leadership in United Way:  Resources Council , chair of Venture Grant Committee; involved in former Mission Society; led local church stewardship programs around WOC; Board member: United Theological Seminary  and   Greater Dayton Walk to Emmaus

Sylvia McKibben – Co-Lead – UM pastor, part of the team that grew the church including construction of new building  and development of discipleship system that includes mission/service ; pastoral care focus   

Harvey Smith – Co-Lead - UMC retired pastor; active in former Mission Society; active in the shift of the former Otterbein United Methodist Church, Dayton, to new location and partnership ministries

Carla Stengel – UMC pastor , led the building of new church on land of former Camp Miami; formerly employed at United Theological Seminary; on Conference Board of Ministry

Ron Thie – leadership in local church:  Staff Parish, Trustees, Finance, Outreach; expertise in  market research and information systems

Justin Williams – UMC pastor  recent seminary graduate; led worship and music for United Theological Seminary while a student there; former Campus Minister at Wright State University

CONSULTANTS:

Charles Hill – former District Superintendent; pastored several churches; led transition and change efforts in varying situations

Jeanne Constales –  grew a $1,000 grant from the District into a large collaborative effort among churches and wrote grant proposals to fund ; recognized as outstanding volunteer for National Red Cross

Linda Hedden, District Staff Contact – UMC pastor served several churches; ; organizational development including  partnerships, research and evaluation including application of  Mission Insight information; local and international missional endeavors
